Luke Cross Engineering & Rigging (LCER) was established in Dubbo in 1990. We specialise in the servicing and repair of lifting equipment, agricultural equipment and machining of equipment for the service industries in Dubbo and surrounding districts.

We are resellers for Nobles and Austlift and supply products from the following companies:

The Wire Rope Press acquired in 1999 instigated the development of the wire rope, lifting and rigging portion of the business.  Changes to WorkCover, the extra demands of Occupational Health and Safety along with changes to the Australian Standards have seen an increase in the demand for locally supplied and tested equipment that meets these requirements.  The expansion of the wire-rope and associated rigging equipment has resulted in the acquisition of testing equipment in compliance with Workplace Health and Safety and in accordance with Australian Standards.
